I'm not part of the swap, but I did go back through past posts and found the Skinny Minnie Recipe Swap post from Jacqui. In the post she states:
"Recipes are due back by Monday February 6 but sooner would make sure we all get them earlier!"
I would go with the Feb. 6 date, unless she stated otherwise in the email she sent to the participants of the swap.
