Tartan paper?

I want to do a "Danny Boy" layout. It was my mother's favorite song, it is mine (or one of them), and now it's my younger daughter's, too. My husband played in a band for years, and always played it for me. Once when we were at a band job many years ago, he played it as I held the phone up so my mother could hear it.

Anyway, that's the story. I have been looking for Scots tartan paper, preferably 12x12 in McKenzie plaid - I don't want much, do I? The band, by the way was called "The Scotsmen".

Has anyone seen it, and if so, what is the brand and where can I find it, preferably on line?

Thanks so much!

there are Tartans there on the Mackenzie Clan site.... you could go to the Tartan page, grab the tartan you want and then piece together the tartan till you get the size you want :) Time consuming but it would work.....

Abby, if you have any of the fabric maybe you could photo copy it and make your own paper.

If you could get your hands on some of the lightweigh fabric, you could even adhere the fabric to cardstock. Remember the $2.50 per sheet fabric paper they were (are?) selling. I believe a lot of it was by K&Company. But I think that photocopying it in 8.5x11 and using it as accents would look great too.

I can't FIND my McKenzie tartan to scan - rats! But I did buy the suggested download papers, and decided to use Black Watch, which I've also always liked.

Now, on to Danny Boy - and thank you all SO very much.
