I usually get glue sticks, pipe cleaners, double sided tape, dried flowers, "beach" stones, etc at the store.

Sometimes I get lucky with closeouts on stickers and scrapbook kits but it is usually good for little things with a big imagination.

I do believe I am. I just purchases a tall paper slot rack thing off of ebay so I could put paper in and get it out so I could find the colors better.
