Hi everyone.
I have been reading but haven't had time to post. London is a wonderful city and THANK YOU for all that posted about tips and encouragement on my other post. The trip here was uneventful. I had two flight segments (one from Houston to NJ and then NJ to London). I certainly had someone watching over me. Both times I sat next to very friendly wonderful ladies. We talked most of the way which made the time go by much quicker.
Around 11 am (London time) I arrived at my hotel. Had a slight issue with my credit card company...grrr. My hubby straightened them out for me. Then I headed out. I am staying within walking distance to Buckingham Palace and several other sights. Lets just say my legs are still tired from walking about. Sandy from the UK from RCS sent me here phone number just in case. She is such a nice lady! Unfortunately I won't have time to go visit her. Maybe next time. (Sandy - I saw a map... Aberdeen is very far... hopefully I can come back this way again)
Can't wait to get back to the US just so I can scrapbook! I did bring a scrapbook magazine to keep my scrapbook withdraw at a minimum (LOL!)plus I get to read this wonderful group.
