What's your favorite Cricut Cartridge?

Just wondering what everyone's fav. cartridge/s is/are? I cannot decide yet? Wondering if I should invest in Paper doll dressup, Fabulous finds, or Alphalicious? What's your opinion? Blessings,

My favorite is the Paper Dolls followed by all the Disney cartridges. The Paper Dolls has so much on it and PC announced on the board that they have another Paper Dolls cartridge coming out and I sure hope that they release it soon. Even if you never make a paper doll there are dozens of others things on that cartridge from palm trees to reindeers to cars to a canoe to a rocket ship to....

I find myself using George and Plantin schoolbook the most mainly because I download all the files available on the board and different blogs. I still don't get how to use the CDS or Inkscape to design, I am hoping one day it will just click like when I finally caught on to Paint Shop Pro.

I have Fabulous Finds but have not used it yet, I bought it to make albums and inserts. I don't buy font cartridges as I have SCAL. I still want to get My World, My Community, Pooh and maybe Animal Kingdom.

I don't have any of those but was wondering if the Fabulous Finds is worth the money. I have most of that stuff in Sizzix and just have a hard time wanting to purchase the one for Cricut, even tho I know Cricut you can cut any size you need. Please let me know.

Being the disney fan I am I love the disney cartridges and they have a lot of extras on them to besides the characters. I also find that I use my George Cartridge a lot more then I expected to.

I only have three, George, Tear Drop and Mickey and Friends. I use the George cartridge most. I would love to have some more. I wonder if Michael's will ever let you use the coupons for them?

Cathy I bought the majority of my cartridges from ebay from a seller named qurbis. The prices are good, shipping and insurance are free and you get a pack of Cricut blades with every cartridge. If you buy 2 cartridges on the same day you get 2 packs of blades and a pack of 6 x12 mats. If you have the Expression you can request the Cricut pens instead of the mats.

Do the pens work in the baby cricut?

I don't see why they wouldn't, the blade housing is interchangable. I guess I didn't think about the baby bug because I would rather have the mats than the pens.

i have used the pens on my baby cricut and its ok...they work great but i find that doing intricate details get lost in the thickness of the lines..but for lettering or outlineing its perfect... I just purchased HOME ACCENTS sollutions..i figure i dont need the big book with this one cause it only has the shadow and black out feature so the book wont be missed.. i love the designs i will be able to use with this cartridge and i only had to pay $33.00/ at Oh My Crafts..they are always running sales.. chatty cathy
