Extract of starflower oil: may come from the seeds. While there is very little scientific evidence that it works, there is sufficient anecdotal succes for my GP to think it well worth me trying it. If it doesn't help, we can then try something else.
Mine became obvious when I lost sufficient weight for the lumps to show up! I'd probably been suffering for years. As I seem to be starting the menopause, it's just been adjitated by the differing hormone levels. We shall see. Sometimes being 50 is less than fun 24/7! ;)

I made rice bags for my elderly aunts for Christmas one year, and their daughters asked for the patterns so they could make more. I did. They later said they were the best gifts I could have given.
