any one here who wants to brag a bit?

Besides Kate and Jack, whose sites I've seen.

Would like to see examples of finished clothing (as opposed to quilting/crafts and lingerie) work.

My time on a graphics (as opposed to text browser tends to be limited, and Google seems to prefer commercial sites, at least for the searches I've tried.

Well you're welcome to look at mine but there's not much dressmaking there,It's more of a family website. I tend to show a couple of projects, and I make items for my craft stall, dresses for children waistcoats that sort of thing. Given more time I would make more clothes for myself ,but prahaps Father Christmas would bring me a small parcel of "time for Claire" If I am a good girl. LOL

Mine is worth a peek - not only for the photo gallery of my renaissance clothing but also for the complete story of thetime I dressed a cow for the Jerry Springer Show.

Incredible!!! Truly beautiful work!! You have such a good eye for color combinations and everything is spectacular. And....how fun to get to do the cow. Don't you just love it when something weird and wonderful comes your way?! You never did say what the "theme" of the show was. Joy in Michigan

Great photos of gorgeous girls! The lavender outfit is absolutely "out of this world". Please post more. With girls like that, Mom couldn't be too funny-looking as you think. Emily

Lavender.......hmmmm, I can't remember and I only posted a couple days ago. I am totally losing my mind, I am growing old I guess, I will be 27 soon............or...........yep, 27!

Oh, right, the lavender with the wide banded floral hem and sash. I loved that one, it almost went to ebay, but I wanted her to have it!

Thanks a bunch!

Thanks Emily! ;) I'll have more pictures soon I'm sure. Not had a lot of time lately to work on anything.

I'm in the process of getting my business back up on its feet. That's going to take me a little while. I have to have 2 separate kinds of permits to work from home and have clients coming here. That's fine. I figured I'd have to get permits since I had to get one for a garage sale here. lol The application process is going to cost me a few hundred dollars. So nothing major. I've started substitute teaching to earn what I need to pay for my permits. :) I'm enjoying that a lot so far. I thought I might work through the end of the school year so I can have a nest egg built up. My permits will be paid for by my second pay check. (and I don't work every day)

I'm really enjoying AR. I don't miss the snow that they've already had in IN. heh heh I do miss quite a few people. But I've made some really wonderful new friends out here already. I can't get over how nice everyone is out here. :) I'm starting to learn all the back ways (not the busy busy streets) through town. The kids love their schools. (which is a HUGE relief!!!!)

The only other thing I miss is a wonderful fabric store nearby. We have Hancock's and Hobby Lobby. And we have several local home dec fabric stores. Those are really wonderful. But nothing really Marvelous in the way of fashion fabric in a local shop. :( Ah well....I have discovered it only takes 2 days for UPS to get here from fabric.com. ;)
