Brother machine parts

I have a Brother Super Galaxie II electronic sewing machine which has a LED screen that is now too dark to see properly. The retailer from whom I purchased this machine some 6 or so years ago tells me that Brother does not supply replacement LED screens for this model.



I can't believe a supplier would cease to supply something so important so soon.



Can anyone tell me who I can approach about this please? I live in New Zealand but can easily order goods over the Net.

If your machine is the M895 you do not need to replace the entire screen. it is only the 'backlight' which costs approx $60 dollars AU. I own a sewing machine dealership in Australia and have just replaced one for a customer. It is fairly easy to replace for any sewing machine technician
