Any ideas for cleaning the cuffs of a leather jacket?

I would try saddle soap or gentle human shampoo.

I always had good luck using saddle soap to clean leather (it is found in the shoe cleaner/polish section).

Now my husband would like to know can he watch the whole thing, as the lining (ord material) can do with a clean too.
He asked at the Dry Cleaners and they wanted more than if he were to buy a new one.
He hardly wears it, but it is 7 years old. Looks ok to me, but....
