The textiles newsgroups charter states they are no-ad=20 newsgroups except for one, and you need to post this on=20 rec.crafts.textiles.marketplace only.

Many newsgroup regulars on discussion-only groups refuse to do business with anybody who ignores the newsgroup charter, because they don't come here for advertising, and in fact, advertising on Usenet is generally not good netiquette -- and FWIW Ebay rules prohibit people from advertising on newsgroups as well.
