I'm willing to make an off the shoulder tube dress with 3/4 sleeves in stretch material. I want to make it wearable in "off the shoulder" mode, and "on the shoulder mode" so it look likes you are wearing a shrug if you make the sleeves in a contrasting fabric. The problem is that I don't know how to draft the sleeve, armscye part...Help me ! (PS= I don't have a sloper to start with)
