Sleeve question

I've been working on a muslin for a Tee shirt. Burda 8290. I know many people don't think it's worth the time to make Tees. I have such a hard time buying anything in RTW that fits, it worth it to me to have one that fits me the way i want. In order to get a good fit I've done several things: I increased the front length at the bust 2 1/2inches, Increased the back length 2 1/2 inches. I divided the back increase 1 inch to correspond with the line of the bust increase and 1 1/2" across the center back. I also added darts at the neckline. I think that I will probably divided the darts next time to the shoulder and back. I also added 1/2 " to the back shoulder seam length and subtracted that from the length of the front shoulder seam.

Finally my question. Do I move the dot on the shoulder of the sleeve back 1/2 inch and match it to my shoulder seam or should I leave it alone and match the original dot to my shoulder seam?

I've been wearing the muslin around the house for a few hours to be sure my changes are comfortable to wear. So far the neck isn't creeping up to choke me and the back and front centers are equal length. Juno
