Trying to make a headband by folding fabric several times and cutting into it at regular intervals to produce 'little fingers' that open up.
Any help out there?

I think I have seen you ask this 3-5 times (unless your news server is regurgitating it at regular intervals) and personally I have no idea what you are talking about, much less how to do it.
