I love these. Sometimes museums run out of space for dresses. It can be hard to know what to do with clothes that "belong in a museum."

Oh, did I forget to mention? We're going to Borkum, a nice little German North Sea island (

) on our first family vacation. OK, it's much nicer in Summer, but a lot cheaper and more quiet in Winter. Two weeks in the stiff breezes should blow away the misfortune of the past year. It'll be downright adventurous, with snow announced for our travelling day. I hope none of us will get seasick. I know that I don't tend to be, but I have no idea about DH or DD. It'll be such FUN! ;-> Anyway, gotta go, bed is calling. Today was hell with all the stuff to get done but tomorrow will be - I don't know. I'm just kept upright by the promise of those two delightful weeks of dolce far niente. Guess who's making dinner (on 50 % of the nights)! (He doesn't know yet, but he soon will.) well, I'll be out of touch, but I'll take some sewing (the little bag) and some knitting work with me so that my withdrawal sympthoms won't be too bad. ;-) U.
