This post is from 10 years ago so I dont know if it will reach the OP- brandygrimes29. I own a Pennecrest model 3150 machine. My mother bought it in 1972. I have the owners manual. I can try to make a copy of it and forward the manual to you. I am new to this site, I was doing general internet search for machine parts when I saw your posting. The bobbin winder has been broken for years it wont hold on to a bobbin, so I was searching for a replacement if there is one, I use a separate winder machine.
