Juno, Thanks for posting the pattern sale; now I know on what I'll spend my birthday monies, which are usually gift cards to Jo-Ann's from my DDs.

Every time, I know about a pattern sale, I visit the websites in advance and make a list I think I'd like to add to my stash; this way I waste no time in looking at the store catalogs since DS has to drive & wait for me.

The girls are growing so rapidly, I need some larger size patterns for both and believe it or not, I need a size smaller for me. I have a piece of deep red challis with a small floral design to wear Christmas Eve, a black challis with tiny beige dots and a deep purple crinkled knit, for whatever for myself.

The crinkled knit is over 10-yards of 54 inch width, so I can also make each of the two girls a dress, one sz 14-girls and the other a sz 3. We'll take them the matching outfits when we go back in the spring.

Sounds like you're all set. I like to decided on patterns before I go also. Makes life easier. I'm one to get in and get out of stores. I plan on getting the pattern for my spring coat and probably a skirt pattern. Really don't need much else right now. Red Challis for Christmas Eve, sounds great. We don't usually dress up on Christmas Eve but always do for Christmas day. Juno

Juno, We always go to the midnight service at church and seldom go out on Christmas Day; that's why I said the red challis for Christmas Eve.

It will be beautiful and festive. We always have gone to a service at

7:00 Christnmas morning. When the children we little they were in an early morning Christmas day pageant. They just figured that's the way it was. Church first, Santa later. Juno
