pants update - sorry if it bores you

As of this writing, all 9 pairs of flannel pants have been cut and marked. I need to pin the last 2 pairs and make sure I get the right names on them, and then I can start sewing. DH's fabric has been washed/dried/ironed, but after getting these 9 pairs done, I may take a break from flannel pants for a few days.



WAHOO!!!!!!!!!! Just one more reason for a happy dance.....I have nearly finished all my Christmas shopping, now most of my Christmas sewing...wheeeeeeeeeeeee...a stressfree holiday may be in my future!!

Pbbbbbbbbbbbt!!

If I don't do my shopping now, I tend to spend more...as the time gets shorter, I get more stressed. I made a list, and I am only getting things that are on the list.....most of what is being bought for DS are accessories for things that his grandparents are getting him (Kasey the Kinderbot from my MIL), etc. DH gave me limited choices, some of which I bought, some of which I didn't. We already had stuff for other family members, that just need to be wrapped..................on the other hand, I just got more fabric to do more projects - a fleece sleeping bag for DS, and stockings for all of us....uh-oh!
