I was wondering if anyone knows where i can buy a few metres of silk jersey and have it mailed to the UK. I found some in the US but they do not ship outside the country. Black would be ok but red or purple would be good.

Try calling Whaleys of Bradford on 01274 757618 or email snipped-for-privacy@whaleys-bradford.ltd.uk. They have several silk jerseys listed but it may all be white or natural.

I think Fashion Fabrics Club currently has silk jersey, including black - I haven't used the company, though, so can't vouch for them.
