Hi all,
I have a Singer Professional 14U12 Overlocker, and I am having a problems with it.
I was wondering if any of you knowledgable sewing people could help me with it, as I am a complete sewing newbie.
The problem is that the machine just won't turn ! If you try to move the hand crank to thread it etc., it just doesn't work, and pressing the pedal doesn't do anything either.
Is there some kind of "travel lock" or something that locks the machine from moving? It doesn't look very old or rusty, and so it seems unlikely to have "frozen up" .. Does it just need lots of oiling ? Do I pull it apart ?
Any help would be wonderful.
