The FTL project went out the door!

Done and dusted! AND she's coming back for a second pair of trousers and a skirt. The whole thing completed in 10 days!

Thank you. It was a fun project, and she's a great lady to work with. I must pop a link to her poodle page on the site. The little things are ever so sweet.

It was a lovely project, but it won't outshine the poodles! ;)

Kate it's gorgeous!

now, if you REALLY want to have fun, start with horse show clothes...especially western showmanship! all that bling on tailored jackets!

Thank you. It was a huge giggle to do. Because we are ultra fussy (me and the customer both!), there will be a small amount more adjusting of the trouser fit, but other than that, we were both pleased with the way it came out.

Yeah... But I couldn't get one of those out the door in 10 days!

And my karma is saying YOU WILL DO FTL SEWING THIS SUMMER! ;)

Good job as always, Kate. And now on to pirates huh? You just never know what will come through the door, or the kitchen ceiling next. ;)

Good luck with all of it!!

19th C Royal Artillery and 18th C Posh gents rather than pirates. It's just that the pirate pattern will make a good base, and is the easiest to get in the time.

Ah ha! You are right. It's an easy one to lay hands on and you can get lots of places from there. :)

Kate,

Stunning as always - do you know when her class is, and if it's on TV so I can see if I can watch your creation / record your creation to watch later?
