What's an expandor?

I wondered as well. Since taniacssilva is posting from Portugal, I think there may be some language difficulty.

Just a WAG, It's possible that one of the loopers is bent or out of sync. If so, I don't think that is something that should be tackled by a novice.

I was going to suggest s/he find a sewing machine repair shop in Palmela or Lisbon.

I did look up 'expandor' but the definitions I saw had nothing to do with sewing. I didn't look at the posters headers to see where they are from so I think the language barrier might be the reason we're not understanding.

First put in new needles the correct way. Then rethread the machine very carefully and test it. If that does not handle it you should bring it to a repair shop. Very little an untrained person can do on an overlock
