My wife is trying to fix this machine for a friend and has no manual. Thinks she just may not be threading it properly. Any help greatly appreciated.

has lots of free threading instructions for many makes. They also sell complete manuals. Rollie
Or send Relics an e-mail; snipped-for-privacy@sewing-machine-manuals.com They were very prompt in sending DS & me the correct manual for his aunt's machine, based on a description & photo. Also, they very promptly sent DGD one for the machine that I'd given her some 10 years ago. I'm not affiliated with them except as a satisfied customer. Emily
