where is the oiling point on the hook of a Bernina 950?

Oil goes where 2 metal parts work against each other.

I would just add that my repair man here in France was very clear to oil the bobbin area twice a week and remove all lint especially around the bobbin area with the bobbin removed with an air compressor once a week.

Should be done every 8-10 hours of sewing
