What sort of web designer doesn't know how to get seen by search engines, find appropriate forums, etc? And what sort of company of any sort doesn't know how to identify their target market? Or identify that a forum concerned with sewing is a stupid place to try and flog these particular wares?

Especially when you consider that site was registered in 1999, and has had "spam/net abuse" reports since at leat 2000.
