Hi Ruth It has been a long time. I put some jumbo jaws on the web site with new address. Take a look. I have used the Suffolk Timberwolf and find them to be excellent. However, they are pricey. I find the regular tufftooth to cut about as well and their low tension Swedish Steel blades to be every but as good. The prices are a lot better and for those of you stateside, better yet with the exchange. They also sharpen well.

The short answer to your question, is no.

I don't use my 16" with riser band saw very much, use my chain saw mostly and use the band saw more for cutting metal, I added a jack shaft and small 1/4 hp motor to it, but used different wood sawing bands on it to do the wood cutting, non did impress me very much, then last year at the local wood show I was again looking at the band saw blade booth when the guy from Tuff Tooth (after a question and answer session) gave me a 105" long 3/8"-3tpi hook tooth, saying "that's what you should use". Talking about a difference !! like day and night, it surprised me, I used to cut across round wood as well as length wise just holding it but I will not do that with this blade, it's aggressive. And the price I paid for this blade $13.65 Canadian, surely not that expensive, now we'll wait and see how long it will last.
