Apropos recent rcw threads re drying wood, I just read Brian Clifford's cogent and practical article re "How dry is my wood?" in "Woodturning" no. 161.
I don't think he has posted here lately, but we ought to acknowledge with thanks his past contributions and in particular his encyclopedic web site. He has started many on the right track and there aren't many here who can't benefit from a visit to his site.
