Got the stuff today from Woodcraft and went through the abrasive pad, shop towel, re-apply, buff stages and the TS looks a feels a lot better...
The right extension still feels a little "pitted", but I think that's because it was the first section that I did and wasn't sure how much pressure to put on the abrasive pad... I'll redo that section tomorrow..
Thanks again for all the help, especially about Empire making it in non-aerosol containers!
