Good day to all. My question is can I use tung oil over a spit coat of schalk. What typy of trouble am I going to get into. thanks from stumpy

No. Tung oil is a penetrating finish. Shellac seals the wood. Applying tung oil over shellac will result in a gooey mess.

I use tong oil quite a bit. It should be applied to the wood and permitted to dry for at least several days before over coating with anything.
