4 hours knitting

Ooh, indeed shhhh! (What colour moebious is it? - asked in a stage whisper)

Bernadette How did you GUESS there is another moebious on the needles ???? Yes this one is cotton , quite varigated,,, although i `already` broke that by a stripe of one of the Mono colos that appear in the varigated ,,, it is crocheted and supposed reciever got to hear that i am tired of making more !!!! [ thus she will have Some surprise element !!!!] Yesterday i left the house at 0610,,,,,, started to knit what i planned [ light green Merino wool] didn`t like it ,,, so as luckily i had paper and the GUAGUE on it i Recalculated the whole thing ,,, i am going [ well i already have part of IT ] as a Big dominoes , thus i started at the Back Square which will get decreases on both side ,,,,,knitted all the way to Jerushalayim ,,, but not in the lectures ,,, was back at home at 20.00 on my way back somebody gave me a lift half the way , and we were a bit tired ,thus ididn`t knit in her car, But when i took the last bit of the ride in a train , i knitted some more it is really a lovely wool ,, and my vest is on it`s way ,,,, mirjam

Sounds as though you had an enjoyable day --the lecture (hope it was as interesting as you were expecting it to be), a visit with a friend, and a knitted project well on its way to being finished.

I saw you knitting it Mirjam - didn't you see me when I flew past on my broomstick? ;-D

That sounds a very pretty one - delicate colouring.

I too like green but only the soft shades seem to suit me now. When I was younger and my hair was very dark the brighter greens were some of my favourites and suited better.

I can`t describe the Green but it is like a Fresh round letuce !!!!! And Green suits me better now than it used to ,,, mirjam

It was! I even saw you tidy your hair after the wind I generated had passed over you. I was practising aerobatics that day! ;-D

That sounds a lovely fresh shade of green. Isn't it odd how, when your hair colour fades, the colours that looked good on you in your youth don't look so good and those that looked awful back then suddenly look good? I used to wear a lot of red but now I really do look like an old witch if I wear it, whereas black used to make me look anaemic but now it looks good.

Thank you Glynna , yes Some of the Lectures were very good some were less. A visit with a friend ? well one could say riding in the same acr and talking ,,, yes it is a kind of visit on wheels :>:>:>:> And the Knitted item that i started in the morning is midway ,,, and since today i will travel [a shorter] to the north, i will have another 45 minutes to indulge on my Lettuce green vest [ meant for next winter ] ,, mirjam

Bernadette , i was just complaining that HAIR PINS aren`t what they were , the little whoosh untied my hair ,,,,, but now that i know it was Respected you with your Daily sport ??? no wonder my hair STOOD UP ,,,,,,,,:>:>:>: Are you using your OLD broomstick , or have you upgraded it since last we talked about it ,,, mine really needs some cleaning and brushing !!!!! I haven`t used it for 2 years ...

MY HAIR didn`t fade it got silver plated !!!!!!

And yes my range of colors changed i like more Jeans and more darks or darker Hues of the same colors i wore before !!!! BLACK NOT ME ,,,,, not now it makes me look strange ,,,,

No, I got a new jet propelled one - hence the aerobatics. Next week I'm planning on trying loop the loop! :-D

Bernadette You have Such a contemporary one ,,,,, wonderful !!!! I took mine from his bag dusted it and oiled the creaky parts ,,,, No loops for me ,,,, but a big bag og books and knitting ,,,, hahaha Had some nice knitting time in transport this morning , than had a long day of translating , collected my 2 works that were in an exhibition ,,,, mirjam ,,,

That was a busy day then. You will soon have that green vest finished at that rate.

Thank you Bernadette ,,,,, from wensday i am home , and doing the in- home crafts and work , no knitting ,, butdid a lot of embroidery , sewing , weaving ,,,,, vest gets done in bus/taxi / train ,,, Tomorow i will have 2 train hours traveling to Beer-Sheva , a whole day of seminar + opening of exhibitions [ fun !!!] i am sure i will knit traveling there i am not sure that in the evening i will be awake enough ,,, but every stitich and row count... I must say that whenever i knit in the bus the Fresh Green color makes people comment on it`s uniqueness ,,,,,and when i say Fresh Salad they nodd there head and say :"yes!!!' in the mean time i play with the pattern ,,, mirjam
