Charity Knitting/Crocheting

I just ran across this huge list of charities that accept both finished pieces and supplies and thought I would pass it along. My apologies if this has been posted in the past but I figure it is always a good reminder!

Thanks, LauraJ. I have a little box all packed for one of the Pine Ridge Reservation groups I got from going through the list. It is a sewing circle of Lakota women who are busy making dance costumes for the kids. They needed seed beads and other things (yarn too). I had tubes of colored seed beads left over from being a Camp Fire Girls leader years ago - glad to have them used. I also stuck in a few other things on their list that were sitting in my sewing room having been purchased for projects that never materialized. I love to pass along those things to someone who will use them -- more storage space in my craft room for my stash.
