This is a Happy New Year at our house..we have a new grandson born 7:20 this evening weighing 5 lb 10 oz....He was due Jan 28th..but couldnt wait another minute to welcome in the New Year. Mother and Baby are fine, and Grandma has baby brother at her house..he is 18 months old. This is our 4th and final grandchild..all Boys !!! And they are loved each and every one of them.

Being a New Year's Baby myself, I have 1 suggestion to make. When "the ball goes down at midnight," don't let that be the time you wish your grandson "Happy Birthday." It makes a long day, with nothing to look forward to. (Of course, that is, when your grandson grows up. LOL)
