I am back; and FO pic's!

Thank you so much for all greetings !!!!! It's now 5 days since the surgery, and everything is OK! I have to take care for some days more, but I feel I am recovering! Today I took som FO- pics, last spring I made lots of crocheted hats. This year I think I have been "hooked" on totes, don't know why!

*The first one was a "grandma-tote, and I was not satisfied with the shape. Untill I turned it sideways, and everything looked much better! Looking forward to fill it with "summer things"!

a birthday gift for Sister In Law.I found a picture in the net, and this is MY interpretation. Not quite like; another yarn, different pattern, not quite the same style, but INSPIRATED!

is easy, may be for beginners too!BUT you have to recognise a stitch from"something which can look very alike a stitch" in pattern row 3.If you incidently drop down a stich in stead of a "YO", it will frog rapidly. Apart from that, it was funny to do!

Here are mine: This is my own, I used it in hospital for my knitting and by book; Lying in bed, it hang beside me ;-)

I made two from white cotton yarn, and dyed them "batik- wise"One as a "Spring Greeting" for DD and one for DIL.It is a bit difficult to see the color at the blue tote, but it IS more like the yellow in the pattern, and the color is jeans blue: The blue one:

Great to hear that you are back and healing. The view behind the grandma-tote was spectacular - looks like the weather is great there now. We also have sunshine, which is much appreciated. I had a little trouble at first seeing your pictures but went back to

Hi Aud,

It's hard to pick which one I like best, but it would have to be the granny square. You have me an idea what to make with my 6x6 exchang squares.

Glad to see you home and feeling better.

Hugs,

Nora

Hi Judy,

It would be on the same plan as the one the group made for Cher. I don't know if I would put a lining it mine or not, just thinking about it.

Thank You, Katherine, NO, this time the doctor was so young, so I was afraid he would mix up the threads, therefore I kept my knitting away. BUT looking at some of the stitches he has done: He was NEVER a pupil in MINE craft classes!! LOL!! (he was a very nice guy though!) AUD ;-)

Nice photos. I was looking at the blue and yellow bags and thinking that if you didn't join the bottom together you'd actually have a cute tank top.
