I'm sorry I have no idea what the stitch is called. It is just a lace stitch I found on the web and altered it so it looked as I wanted it to. I don't even think I could find the original now if I tried.

Where did you get that beautiful patter. I believe I have the bug and would like to make one for Gail.

Some have said you should stick the the traditional pattern for the first one. I don't like to call my self and expert but I believe I am well past intermediate for knitting.

I made the pattern up but kept a copy of what I did. I've promised to let Mary have a copy of the pattern too.

There is still some work to do putting it into order and attaching the right pictures to it. Once I've worked out how to do that properly I'll post it on the web so you can have a copy too. Will that be ok?
