I stayed home Christine, so no need to curtsey...lol that said, we did do a gig by R.A. a few years back, goodness only knows how it came about someone in the families birthday and we got booked for it......LOL it was that good I've forgotten who it was for...it actually coincided with the Devon and Exeter Horse racing and we had to perform in margue to the filthy rich, what a load of toffs...bet I was a culture shock for them...mind you come up against Ann many a time..she's ok, down to earth and all that.
So sorry you won't see me in the papers, I stayed as far away as possible.. lol

Oh how disappointing, I was looking forward to trying to spot in the back (or fore)ground of the photos. And I'd buy Hello just to see you!! The gig in a marquee must have been an experience for all concerned. I suppose you might bump into several of the Royals in your area, that being their stamping ground Love & higs Christine
Well far as I'm concerned they can stomp off somewhere else.. Dave's mum lives a stones throw from Ann's house. I was way down in Exeter when i did the gig, didn't expect '''them''' to be there.
I went to school in London though, Royal Wanstead hemel hempstead and the Queen used to don a headscarf and a small sporty type green car and shop in our little village... I never saw here but she was in the village one day when I was there but I looked and didn't find her in amongst the others there.. guess in my eyes if she didn't have her crown on she wasn't a Queen in those days...LOL
