Hi Ladies,

I've just seen the video of where you live and hope you too are ok.

Threnody is about 5 miles due north of me, and another friend we know is about 4.5 miles north of Threnody. A quarter of a mile can make a huge difference in the weather but those were some big storms we had!

The northernmost of us (Moonrose) had quarter-sized hail. People farther north than Moonrose had huge stuff, while I had heavy rain and some wind. I'm guessing Threnody probably had some small hail and rain.

As far as I know there were no injuries in the Austin area from falling hail but I heard of a guy up in Killeen (about 90 minutes north on the highway) who had to go to the hospital after a hailstone the size of a softball blew through his windshield.

The no-drill dent repair places are doing a booming business :P
