Poorly written pattern in "Knitting"

I received the latest (March) UK Knitting as a gift, and wanted to make the Peacock Poncho on page 49, but I'm extremely disappointed in how poorly this pattern is written. YeGads! JMHO, Hugs, Noreen

That is one of my pet peeves! I have a booklet with three sock patterns in it, and two of them have significant errors (I'd say leaving off the heal flap completely is significant!).

Then again, I shouldn't talk because on the one original pattern I made for our LYS, there was a line when I meant to say "Work in pattern til the end of the round" -- and I typed "Work in pattern til the end of time." No one ever came in with a finished project, so for all I know, they may have taken it literally and are still working on it. :)

LOL! Sounds like that old joke about how the programmer died in the shower: Lather, rinse, repeat.

time." No

yeesh! I just recalled a REBA episode where the youngest daughter tells Van, her BIL when he says: I have a questions... SHE says: the answer is (and he hadn't even asked the question) you repeat ONCE, Van! Noreen
