That is one of my pet peeves! I have a booklet with three sock patterns in it, and two of them have significant errors (I'd say leaving off the heal flap completely is significant!).
Then again, I shouldn't talk because on the one original pattern I made for our LYS, there was a line when I meant to say "Work in pattern til the end of the round" -- and I typed "Work in pattern til the end of time." No one ever came in with a finished project, so for all I know, they may have taken it literally and are still working on it. :)

yeesh! I just recalled a REBA episode where the youngest daughter tells Van, her BIL when he says: I have a questions... SHE says: the answer is (and he hadn't even asked the question) you repeat ONCE, Van! Noreen
