roses

Yesterday i sat at the Dentist and played at making a rose ,,, Cast on 2 stiches , k. turn p add 1 stich turn k turn add 1 st [you have 4 ] turn k, turn p decrease 1 st turn k , turn p decrease 1 st [you now have 2 turn k , turn p add 1 st,,,, this time add till you have 5 and than decrease back to 2 , next petal increase till you have 6 , next petal increase till 7 , next till 8, next 9 , next 10 ,,,,, now roll the smallest petal so that the knit side is inside ,, sew the bottom ,, you now have a rose !!!

Carrot? What carrot? I don't remember seeing that... or the rose either for that matter, so thank you for re-posting the rose pattern, Mirjam! :o)
