The Mariners are having a Stitch N Pitch night at the ballpark for
tomorrow's baseball game. One of my friends is going with her
knitting. Here is the promo:

I look forward to seeing what the broadcasters and camera people do
with this. I had thought about going, but our plans got royally
screwed up. So I'll sit at home, stitching while ... hmmm ... who's
pitching tomorrow? Okay - I'll sit at home, stitching while Gil
pitches. There's a chance we might get a win, too!

but I didn't see it and didn't know until my friend told me about it
this week (by that time DH had dinner and play plans all set.) I will
check on any coverage and share it.
I didn't hear about it until yesterday and it is today. I called my LYS and
they said they've know about it for 5 weeks. Too bad it didn't get better

Looks like it would have been a fun event. The broadcasters were
respectful, but I would have liked more fan shots of the knitters.
And too bad they didn't do it at the Blue Jays game tonight, eh? ;-D
