Weaving and long life

Visiting my friend Tovit , who is 83 years young , on friday, reminded me of Annie Albers who also lived a long Fruitful life ,, and had her Birthday today ,,,, Maybe Weaving is a healthy way of life ,,,, We Think and calculate, We Excercise when preparing the warp & weft , we Excercise when weaving washing etc,,,,, WEAVE TO LIVE !!!!! mirjam

Mirjam, I'm quite sure of that!!!!

When my neck and shoulders were too bad to knit, crochet and do embriodery; weaving was like work out to me!

Always movement, and bigger moves than the other crafts; "in to" and "out from" the chair, drag forward, measure, plan, warf, correcting in the warf, always some kind of movement. You have to bend and crawl! LOL!

I think I now have talked myself into more weaving, to keep my body young!!! The only drawback is thet you cannot put it in your bag and take it with you!

Did Annie Albers or your friend had her birthday or both. I have many of Annie Albers books on my self. Love her she was a great artist.

Not to forget that we are trying to find out the good uses of vinigar.....LOL

Elsje Annie Albers Lived quite long , and had Her Birthday same as mine , 12 /june. My Friend tovit has her Birthday in February , Viniger is good in Salads , to clean rugs and reVive colors that sort of Grimed away ,,,, mirjam
