Mirjam . . . I did the same with turning a heel the other day, I've made thousands of socks, but had to really rack my poor tired brain to 'get-it'!! :D Hugs, Noreen

I just read a book, _The Memory Cure_, and it's hyping a soy-derived food supplement, phosphatidylserine (called P.S.), that according to the tests, really does help preserve memory; in some cases it even brought back memory ability that had been dwindling. I got some at the health food store (the herb shop did not have it), so I'm giving it a try. I'm also going back to taking the soy lecithin that I tried cutting out - I think my memory flaws got worse when I stopped, even though there's very little P.S. in it. It's supposed to take a few weeks to take effect, but I swear it's helping already - placebo effect, I suppose, but I'll take what I can get. :-)
