OT: Need help with internet search

I need the help of Jeanne or someone else good at internet needle in the hay stack type searches. I am looking for a page (or one similar) that I saw a couple of years ago but can't seem to find back. The page had all kinds of information on vitamins and minerals for various health concerns. I got there from a page advertising/informing about some new supplements put together for various prescriptions to replace what those prescriptions/and or related ailments use up faster or need to work better or some such. Anyways from there I was able to get to this other page. It had links for all sorts of illness, conditions and health concerns (ie. high blood pressure, weight loss, stress, MS, etc). Then if you clicked on one it would give information about various supplements that may help those conditions. I got some really helpful information from it and was able to minimize the sleepy effect I got from one of my prescriptions I was taking at the time. I would really like to look up some other information, but now can't find the site (or one like it back). What I'm finding are mainly companies selling supplements or list of supplements and the main thing they do. I don't want to read about each vitamin/mineral to figure things out. Plus some of them listed on this other page aren't always connected to a condition when reading about that particular one. Anyone out there with a bit of time able to find a site like this for me? I'll let you know if I happen to find it in the mean time, but it isn't looking too promising. TIA!!!

I've looked at the mayo site, and although is it very helpful for illnesses it doesn't have anything for some of the others stuff like stress, tiredness, increasing energy or your metabolism, etc. As far as I can remember it wasn't a homeopathy type site, but I don't know for sure. It helped me with my depression meds (which I am now off of, but was on at the time). It said b vitamins (among a few other things) are many times helpful for depression. Well, the vitamin b is also good for stress and energy I read there as well. Started taking a supplement in small amounts, and although I was still somewhat more sleepy due to my meds, it wasn't near as bad. I still take it frequently and can tell with my energy levels when I haven't taken some in awhile. It also listed omega 3 as something that was starting to show up in studies although the weren't totally sure why at the time. I don't know if the site exists anymore. Just was hoping to find something like it. It gave a bit if info on why/how those vitamins/minerals/other worked. And it wasn't one of those well if you have XX condition use our YY blend, etc. Nor did you have to look up each vitamin or mineral to figure things out (although I believe you could if you wanted more than what was given for that specific condition you were reading about). I guess I need to start bookmarking some of the helpful sites I come across. Even though I think I may not want to use it again. Oh well. Thanks for looking jeanne. Maybe one of these days I will find it again.

place has some good vitamins etc supplements.i'm taking their Vit D this winter to see if it makes a difference come spring. hopefully the D will get me thru the sometimes lack of sunlight in winter. should build up my immunity. the caps are the tiniest i've ever taken. so i'm assuming they contain no fillers, just the vitamin. when you figure out what you need check this site and see if what they have meets your needs. cant hurt anyhow. i spotted one B Stress combo there. keeping in mind any changes can take a couple of months before you see any changes within. j.
