Decade Stats & Info

Found a great source for decade stats for scrapbooks (just change the "70" to whatever decade you want, from "00" for 1900-1909 to "90" for the 1990s):

It has info such as: Facts (U.S. population, unemployment, national debt, average salary, food prices, life expectancy) Art & Architecture Books & Literature (including "Books that Define the Time") Education Fads & Fashion (great source! includes a link to "100 Years of Bad Fads" ) Technology Events & People (including presidents) Important Historical & Cultural Events Books Music (including a song lyrics database, searchable by title) Theater, Film & TV I said something in another thread, but since I've started one for this topic, anyone have any favorite websites for more of this sort of info?

I'm having a hard time narrowing down exactly what I want to cover in my heritage squares. So much happened during my decade, it's impossible to cover it all. Is anyone else having difficulty with sorting the info other than me?

Me too Jessie. I finally just picked a few of the more popular things. After looking at the site Alicia posted, I found lots of other things I could have included too. This has been harder than I thought it would be. :-)
