OT - my missing son

Some one on RCTQ has spotted my son somewhere in the Victorville area (I should say she thinks that she saw him, at least it looked like the description that she saw in the webpage that Karen from this group made up for me.) I don't know who she is, but I put in an appeal for her to e-mail me privately. Here is another that my second daughter-in-law made up

If this man is my son, it would appear that he has really gone offthe deep end and probably isn't even sure who he is and is wonderingaimlessly around. Marlys in Indiana

Oh, Marlys, Victorville is right in the neighborhood. I will keep praying for you.

He could have temporary amnesia, and that certainly would explain it all.

I'm still praying you all catch up with him real soon.

Dear Marlys,

I'm a lurker to this group (pretty new to sewing, don't have anything really to contribute yet) but have been following the story about your son.

Would you like me to copy the webpage about your son, and post it on a couple of my websites? I'm a webdesigner , have plenty of space on my server, and would be happy to do it.

It would help get the word out. I own an online bookstore too and a lot of my book buying clients live in California (and all over).

best, Denise

That's really good news. Here's hoping for a successful outcome.

Quite possibly not so. My daughter talked to the investigating Sgt. yesterday and he doubted that there could have been this sighting since it was so far away from the place of origin of his missing. Dashes us all back into a dark hole, so to speak. All good thoughts and prayers are so very much appreciated. Marlys in Indiana

Denise, Thank you so much for the webpage. I tried it at first at my ISP, but I got so confused that I gave up. Thanks again. Usually I'm intrigued by some new computer thing to do, but I just don't have the desire to try to concentrate on it at this time. So you and several others have truly been angels to do this for all of us. God bless, Marlys in Indiana

Just a note, Marlys, to say my entire family, siblings, their children & grands, along with my children and grands say a special prayer for you and your family daily. Emily

That's the problem when you hear something - it gives you false hope. I human nature will always cling to hope but what a let down it must be for you. Don't give up and hang in there. We share your agony even though there is nothing we can do or say that will solve this mystery for you.

I haven't seen anything about Marlys in Indiana's missing son in a few days now. Have they found him yet?
