Well, they were able to remove the tumor. It was much larger than they originally thought and had attached to places they thought it hadn't. The parents just got off the phone with the doctors....Wilms cells were found in the mass...Wilms tumors are usually found in the kidneys....they want to start him on chemo right away and the parents will be making the appointment for that ASAP next week. This is a (now) 5yo little boy with 2 older siblings who are worried sick and parents who are numb but operating as best as they can. Please continue to pray for this family as it looks like there's going to be a long hard road for them.
