I bit contrived I would say, I love the brown colours though. Otherwise to many threads hanging everywhere.. to busy.

I'm not a great fan of fringe, myself. Having it blowing about in the photo is a strange choice, too. I think the pattern is a sound concept, though. I would just use different yarns and avoid doing fringe one way or another.
