Where can I get a good sourdough culture? I had one many years ago that was very sour and very active. Now, I can't find one that is good like that.
Try posting to rec.food.sourdough. I know there was a place you could send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to plus $1 and they would send you a starter. I just can't remember the details.
