I use turkey in any grd bed recipe.
I think pretty much any recipes calling for ground beef or chicken will also be readily adapted to ground turkey. You may have to make a small allowance for the difference in fat content but that's it. wendy
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have a hamburger soup recipe that I use ground turkey instead and even the non- diabetics like. I also use low sodium broth instead too.
