I just got an Email from Dan Lepard, author of Barking with Parsons and baking chef at Locanda Locatelli on London. He wanted to tell me of the Baking forum on his website.

. I think it's an excellent resource on Baking and has links to loads and loads of good places, courses, product sourcing and of course a fount of knowledge. I heartliy recommend it to everyone interested in artisanal baking.
Not really. The poster is forthright about the nature of the site and his relationship to the site's owner (i.e., it's not a "hey, I found this site..." type post). There isn't terribly much content to the site at this time, and the layout is sort of all over the place, but the commercial content is pretty minimal.

OK ! Who said SPAM ? MMHH? Was it Matt or was it Terri? I dont beleive the two of you could have said it, so it must have been one or the other. And anyways, if this was SPAM, it would'nt reply , would it?
