Hi, I have a recipe I copied from a TV show (Alton Brown-Good Eats) in which he calls for a #7 souffle dish.
None of the stores I have checked with sell one that is sized by the numbers. They all state the diameter.
Can anyone tell me the H"xW" of a #7 Souffle dish?

I don't know what size a #7 souffle dish is (could be 7 inches or 7 ounces or something totally unrelated). I would suggest writing to the show. I write to shows all the time and, unless the host is on vacation or off shooting something else, I usually get a response from the host. I've never tried writing to Alton Brown however.
