whcih cheese to be use in pizza?

Cheddar and mozzerrela.

I HATE cheddar on a pizza!!

Mot, and Parmesan and Romano for a bit of kick are my favorites, AND only choices!

Mozzarella, Parmesan, Fontina

Sometimes I throw a little bit of Montchevre, Ricotta or Feta here and there, (I only use one of those cheeses, not all together) depending on the other toppings, if I'm trying something kind of out there.

The only time I would use Cheddar cheese on a pizza is if I was making a "Mexican" pizza w/ taco seasoned ground beef, onions, black olives, salsa and maybe a little chopped cilantro (but go easy on the cilantro)
